Why is there no progress listed under my daughters profile

My 3rd grader has been using khan academy regularly for over a year now. She worked through 2nd grade and is well into 3rd grade material, but when we go to her profile there is no progress listed. We can see which lessons she has completed, all the quizzes she has taken, etc. but only when we scroll over to Courses and click on the grades she's worked on. Why isn't any of her work showing up under her profile, with the badges, etc. She has a bunch of points earned but it doesn't show anything else. Am I doing something wrong?
