The Dark Web

I'm making a program for the Teach a CS concept on Cyber Security. One of the topics I will cover is the Dark Web. However, in order to give people a reason why they should not go on the dark web, I will have to write about the stuff on the Dark Web. E.g. illegal substances, weapons, and other disturbing content. I WILL NOT GO INTO DETAIL ABOUT THESE THINGS. I will just say enough so people will avoid the dark web. So my question is, will I violate the community guidelines if I write about this stuff? If so, I will avoid talking about the Dark Web entirely.
