The "Report a problem" link at the bottom of the exercises is a Black Hole

I was told to use report problems with exercises by clicking on the "Report a problem" link at the bottom of the exercise with the error.

However, that method is a black hole. I've used that method of reporting several times and I never get any idea if the problem is addressed. It should show up in this support site with the other errors that we report here or at least generate an email that shows that it was received.
I understand if there are excessive "problems" reported by STUDENTS using that link that you cannot look into all of them, but an email response could be automated as is the case for requests on this support site and surely you would want to encourage TEACHERS to report errors by at least giving us some sort of response that our concerns have at least been received.

I'm not going to send any more feedback using the link at the bottom of exercises if I can't even see any record of whether the request was received. Even better, it would be encouraging to get some sort of response after requests are looked at (IF they are actually looked at). Khan Academy does a great job of responding to issues when requested through the "Report a Problem" link at the top of the support website and it would be great if we knew that the links with the same wording at the bottom of exercises worked too.

Thanks again for all the great work on a huge, complicated website.

Also, there is no "Report a Problem" link on the pages where teachers review their students' work and that is the easiest place for us to see problems with particular questions.

You're correct in saying that using the "Report a problem" button at the bottom of exercises is the best way to report mistakes with the exercises. All reports of exercise issues are periodically reviewed by our team of content experts that will determine whether or not the exercise needs updating.

Due to the number of reports that we get (some legitimate and some not so legitimate) and the small size of our team, we unfortunately don't have the capacity to respond to users who report issues with the content. However, rest assured that your feedback will be received and reviewed even if you don't hear from us.

The issues reported here in the Help Center via the forums and the "Report a problem" button on this page are handled through a third-party support system, which is why there are email notifications for the issues reported here and not on the Khan Academy site itself. You're welcome to report issues here as well, but we ultimately forward the feedback through the same "report a problem" system since that is the best way for it to reach the correct people on our content teams.

I will also forward your feedback regarding a "report a problem" button for exercises in the Teacher Dashboard area. I can definitely understand how this would be useful for teachers to have when reviewing the problems that students received!
