I request the developer team of KA to please add better support for ES6 syntax

Currently you have to add a

<script type>

To be able to add Es6 features such as classes, arrow functions etc.

Even after doing this extra work, the program stops working and shows errors in the console if the webpage is reloaded.

Please do something about this as you are hindering the learning of people on KA and making it difficult for people to use ES6 is in the end, reducing the awareness for the latest Javascript. I would also request content to be updated on the CS courses for Javascript as the syntax KA currently teaches is outdated.

I too think that courses should be updated, but after the transition to go is finished.

Whenever but I do hope it is updated by next 2-3 months because this glitching is very irritating lol

The program stopping and showing errors when restarting can usually be prevented by using an IIFE.

  (() => {
    // Code comes here
    const a = 0;
    const b = 1;
  })();
</script>

They don't change the coding environment much anymore, I doubt anything will happen. I haven't noticed problems with arrow functions in the past, but i write my script tags a bit differently

I don't know if that is actually any different or if I just never did anything to trigger an error by using es6 syntax
