The "Thumbs Up: Cast your first up vote for a helpful discussion post or program" and "Thumbs Down: Cast your first down vote for an unhelpful discussion post or program" badges were retired in 2020. This means that you are no longer able to earn the badges, though you are able to keep them if you earned them before they were retired.
