I've enlisted in Pre-algebra and have been doing so for a few days but suddenly I've noticed that the fraction section is missing and RATIO has been added. Fraction is must in pre-algebra so could you please let me know about it. Fraction is in the Arithmetic and 5 standard classes so do I have to include those classes for it?

We've recently made some updates to several of the math courses, with Pre-Algebra being one of those! As part of this update, the Fractions unit was removed from this course.
If you're interested in assigning content on fractions, I recommend using the fractions unit from the Arithmetic course, which can be accessed here: https://www.khanacademy.org/math/arithmetic/fraction-arithmetic
To assign this content, you will need to add the Arithmetic course to your class via the Settings tab. You can also navigate to the Arithmetic course directly and assign content using the assignment toolbar.
