I'm not able to sign into one of my two accounts.

Hi, Julie-

If you remember the username for your correct account, try signing in using that username in the Email and username box instead of your email. 

If not, try checking your email settings while logged into your old account to see which email(s) are connected to it. It will narrow down the number of options as to which email address your other account signed up with. Then use the Forgot Password option to enter your remaining emails and see if there is an account associated with them. If there is not a Khan Academy account connected to the email, it will tell you:

If there is an account connected to the email, then that's the one you're looking for. Click the on the password reset link sent to that email to reset your password and log in. You can also delete your old account if you're no longer using it to avoid future confusion.

If you're still having problems after that, please submit a support ticket so the support team can take a closer look at the problem.

What happens if both of my accounts are on the same gmail and that keep switching in and out when I sign in?

i had the same problem but it can be fix by making a new browser and loging in to that new browser
for example (i'm using chrome) click on your profile and click on the add button

Perhaps you can try someone else's computer.
