Scores and Overview

I have been using Kahn all year and now when I go to view scores, they are not available. I tried checking the overview but this is not available either. It says I need to assign some work but I have and it worked up until 3 weeks ago.

My scores are missing as well. This is a huge issue!

They have posted they are aware of an issue and are working on it. Hoping it is this issue

My student scores has been delete. How do I retrieve the scores?

Hi everyone,

I believe this issue was related to an incident occurring earlier today. The issue should now be resolved, but if you are still experiencing ongoing issues related to it, please submit a support ticket.
