Why can't I access my account

Hi Daniel,

If you indicated that you were under 13 when you created the first account, you'll need to link it to a parent account within 7 days or the account will be deleted. Instructions for doing this can be found here.

If it has already been longer than 7 days, then I'm afraid the account was deleted and there's not a way for us to recover it. However, now that you've made the teacher account, you can create a new child account if you'd like.
