Crashing once time is up on section 2

Once the "time's up" notice popped onto the screen after the RC section, it glitched and would not let me click on continue.  I tried closing out, logging out, refreshing, but each time I re-enter the test it will not allow me to proceed to the next section, and is still stuck on the "time's up" page.  It will occasionally allow me to click "continue" but then the page is just white and blank, the top says "oops. something went wrong. please try again."
