Khan Academy Translation tool for Geometry

Hi, I was watching a video about math translations and I heard him mention a tool he was using to slide, rotate and reflect shapes. Is this tool available for teachers to use? I can't seem to find it anywhere on the kahn academy site. Any help would be fantastic
