Work not showing

Thank you for reaching out! When assignments do not register as complete to a teacher, this could be due to several reasons:

• The students have duplicate accounts: it may be the case that the student is completing work in a different account than the one you assigned to. Therefore, it is important to check:
• Is the account on which the student is completing work the same you have been assigning? You can verify their account credentials from your dashboard directly if need be.
• Does the student have multiple ways to log into Khan Academy (for example, Google Classroom account, Clever account, parent created account)? This can greatly improve the chances of a mix-up between accounts.
• The assignments were completed before they were assigned: if the work has been completed before you assign it, it won't show as complete on your end.
• Video assignments: for a video to be registered as complete, the student 1) can't change tabs while the video is playing, 2) can't skip any parts of the video.
• Not all students were assigned work: to check if assignments have been assigned to all students, please visit the Manage tab on your class settings.  

If the problem persists after we rule out these alternatives, could you please submit a support ticket for this issue? This way our support channel can have a deeper look at it.
