First of all, thank you so much for providing such a wonderful LSAT course.
I've made quite a progress completing more than 30 something mini-tests and 3 complete tests
but it's all gone and it shows I have to start from scratch.
Can you please help restore all the test progress I've so far made? Thanks.

Would you mind filling out a ticket for the support team? They will be better equipped to help you with this situation, which could potentially be user-specific.
Remember when filling out the ticket to be descriptive with anything you know. There's also a field where you can include screenshots if there's something you feel they should see.
