Mediation General Course
Has Khan Academy thought of starting a Mediation Course (intervention in a dispute by a neutral third party, in order to resolve it).
I think there is to much litigation in today's society, and what with police in the news, maybe its time to start learning mediation and deescalation, and I think Khan Academy with its mission of free non partisan education would be an ideal place to learn these things, especially Mediation.
It would need to be done in study groups, so participants could practice with each other.
Maybe a few prerequisites could be having to learn World History and Civics or similar subjects so students could better able put themselves in "another shoes."
Also it would be good for non lawyers to learn, as lawyers charge alot for the service, and in countries that do have this tradition, its mostly everyday people that do the mediation, not lawyers.
