Error making task progress

This message occurs whenever I try do an exercise “Error making task progress we encountered an error while attempting to make progress in this task; please try again later” This has been going on for a few days now. It is not exercise specific. I’m cramming for a test and I would like to practice but can’t.

I'm not able to reproduce this issue, can you give some examples (links) of exercises where the error occurred?

Geometric Series Formula, summation notation intro, literally anything.
