Certificate not received

Hi. I completed the Khan for Educators course as well. How do I get the certificate? Thanks.

I've completed the course as well and haven't received a certificate.  The page still says "next steps" but I have 100% mastery and can't level up.

Even after one month of Khan for Educators course completion with all requirement fulfilled I have not received my certificate.

I completed the course for Kahn Educators and have not recieved certificate yet

If you did, and you think it's been a reasonable length of time (I'd guess it might take them a week to email the certificate, but maybe longer), I'd use the "Report a Problem" link in the upper right of this page (or the link Andrew provided in the previous comment) to report the problem directly to KA staff -- KA staff don't always respond to posts made in the Support Community.
