Its been more than 7 days since I have completed the course "Khan for educators (Hindi)" and still havent received the certificate.

I've completed the course as well and haven't received a certificate. The page still says "next steps" but I have 100% mastery and can't level up.

Even after one month of Khan for Educators course completion with all requirement fulfilled I have not received my certificate.
