What is needed more than learning material and excercises to learn? (e.g. workout, sleep, food...)
Hello!
First of all I want to really say thanks for Khan Academy, it is fantastic and really the future!
But, right now, Khan Academy is only providing the learning material and excersises o learn. I have found no place on Khan Academy that writes about the importance of physical activity, sleep, mindfullness and healthy food. For example these four items can both be an enabler and also be a accelerator or learning.
There is bunch of scientific papers on learning connected with these topics.
Is it possible for Khan Academy to also cover these topics?
