Functional programming on Khan Academy?

Recently I have come across the concept of functional programming while searching the internet. It is very different from the way programming is being taught on Khan Academy, and I feel that it can help programmers achieve cleaner code. However, such a programming method may not be very beginner-friendly. I suggest that Khan Academy can include some course content on functional programming on top of what is already available.
