I am in the craziness of distance learning with my 3rd and 4th graders. Is there a way to have them go back to an assigned task and retake the quizzes again until they get a higher grade/reach mastery? I am finding they can't once they have completed it. I have them working on Math, Grammar, and Vocabulary in Khan.

Yes, all students can attempt the assigned exercises, quizzes, and unit tests as many times as they would like to earn a better score.
As long as they don't get 100% on the assignment, they will see a "Try Again" button next to their score on their assignments page.
Note that if the due date has already passed for the assignment, they will need to click the "Past" tab on their assignments page in order to be able to find the assignment. If they earn a better score on the assignment after the due date has passed, the score on your Scores page will still be updated.
