"Create your own web site" guide

I recently reworked this guide a bit and so I'm just putting it out here in case it is useful to anyone.

It was designed to be useful to those who are teaching or learning web development and JavaScript on Khan Academy, so it covers issues like how to move Processing.js programs to other web sites.

However, it was also written to assume that students may want to continue learning web development forever (possibly as a career), so eventually offers some very advanced tips. Obviously the more advanced pages should be ignored early on.
