I believe I see what you mean. Having a way to determine your score (and thus percentile) by eliminating guessed answers could provide more accurate score projection. What you mention could be a way to provide more data on different aspects and what may be causing lower scores, etc. Currently, there isn't any feature to determine those metrics specific metrics on Khan Academy, but results from the PSAT (no charge) and the SAT provide insight into some of those via result data & percentile information. 

I think you bring up and interesting point about getting lucky on the practice tests. A lot of times, even if you don't know how to get the answer or cannot fully understand what to do, instincts from previous studies can kick in and factor into your final decision for those problems. But being able to guess the right answer and not knowing how to find and explain the answer isn't really testing what one has learned in high school. In that regard, data that doesn't factor in lucky guesses may be useful to have for yourself. These are just some thoughts.
