Hi,
I am not sure why the 'energy point' icon in the videos I watch keeps appearing at the top centre of each video. I have turned off all notifications, yet it still appears. There are also other badge that appear by my name (even though notification is turned off in settings). Would appreciate if you can assist in disabling this somehow.

The notifications settings on your account settings page only affects the notifications that are sent to your email. Unfortunately, there is not a way to disable on-site notifications. To clear the notification indicator next to your name in the top right, click on your name, and then click on notifications.
There also isn't a way to disable the energy point banner from appearing on the videos. However, as long as you keep your cursor outside of the video, the energy point banner should not appear. If you watch in full screen and keep the cursor from moving, the banner should also automatically hide.

I have further questions. Why isn't there a way to opt out of notifications? It's so distracting, it's an accessibility problem, and many users are requesting it. I don't understand how an education company ignores accessibility problems for users who need such accommodations. I totally agree that as as teacher, I should be able to TURN OFF NOTIFICATIONS for my students. I assign lessons to my students, and they are not always at grade level. So I do NOT want them to see that I've assigned lessons at a lower grade level. I just want them to access the Assignments tab to see what they have to do. Please change this - at least give the teachers the option for the notifications to be turned off for their classes.
