Is it against the Creative Commons License if I download some of Khan Academy’s courses and use them in our company's website?

I've done some research on the CC license.  If you don't want to license your own work, then you will have to redistribute non-commercially, meaning you can't make profit from it.  If you license your works under identical terms, then you could redistribute commercially.  See here for the CC license: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/

Regardless of whether you distribute it commercially or not, you must give proper credit where appropriate.  For example, at the beginning or end of a video, or in a video description.

Thanks for your prompt reply.

As I want to be cautious on this, please allow me to describe my situation in a clearer way.

We intend to redistribute some of Khan Academy’s math and CS courses on our website for free (no charge will be made for watching the Khan Academy’s course on our website) and we promise to give proper credit to Khan Academy as required in all the video description.

We are not ready to license our own work under CC, and we do charge some of our paid contents.

So what I would like to figure out is whether it is ok for us to redistribute Khan Academy’s courses non-commercially and, at the same time, offer paid contents (other than Khan Academy's videos and any related contents) commercially.

Thats something you have to use whithing the CC licence.

If you plan on redistributing other content commercially, then you'll have to talk to the owners of that content.  However, I believe my previous comment still applies.  You'll have to give credit to the owners, and license the content.  Perhaps the owners of this other content could help you further, commercial licensing can be a bit confusing.  I'd recommend asking the owner of the other content what you can and can't do.
