SAT Practice Time. How much inactive time must pass before it stops counting?

How much inactive time must pass before it stops counting? I am having students whose time is more than doubled.

"We stop counting time if a student has been inactive for an extended period of time. These calculations are specific to time spent within Official SAT Practice."
