I'm from Europe and read the rules about what i can use during the SAT test. What is No.2 pencil? Is it HB2 pencil or something else? Also what is SAT Booklet?

Yes a No.2 pencil is an HB2 pencil. The SAT Booklet is the SAT test that will be given to you on the day of your exam. Good luck!
