Summer Work For 300 Students

I am having a hard time figuring out how to make this work.

My school would like to assign all of our incoming Algebra 2 students summer work.

The students will be broken down into smaller groups according to alpha order, approx 50 per Khan "class".  The problem being is that there is no knowledge until the end of the summer as to whom they will have as a teacher, so it is not possible to add coaches yet.  There will be one admin coach for all of the separate classes at first.

I am wondering how, once the sections are created and teachers assigned for the fall, it would be possible to get each teacher to gather the students they need and see all the data compiled, not just progress.  I would like each teacher to see all the data from the summer work, but as a new group.  

Is there someone I could speak to directly to see if this is possible?
