My program is not loading for some users, even though it is not hidden

An unbanned user reported to me that my program (https://www.khanacademy.org/computer-programming/dip-headquarters/5336459283185664) was not loading for them. They could view all of the code, but the canvas was not processing. Something similar happened to me: I opened my program, and the canvas showed up blank white. I had to reload the page 3 times before it showed up. Why is this happening, and how can I fix it?

Hi Dragoness,

We were having some technical issues that were causing the program canvas to sometimes fail to render. That issue was fixed last week, so programs should be displaying correctly now!

If you still see any programs that fail to render, please try clicking the Restart button on the program (if there is one) or reload the page.
