In this scenario, the displacement of the pizza dough is indeed 0 meters.

Displacement refers to the change in position of an object.
Since Chef Susan throws the dough upwards and catches it at the same height, the dough doesn't experience any net change in position. It starts and ends at the same point.

Displacement = xi - x0 where xi is the pizza landing back on chefs hand and x0 is the pizza leaving the hand when it is being tossed. So the location on the pizza starts and ends at the exact same point so Displacement = 0
