how do I know when finding final momentum, I am using 2.34-1.026 because finding final momentum, I thought it is Mf(Vf)? 2.34 is change in momentum. 1.026 is Initial impulse.

It says for the answer 25m/s is the final velocity. How is that so? And how do I know that the helmet's velocity is at 0m/s?

I get it now. Its telling me to rewrite it in another way that is similar to the equation as certain letters equal a certain equation. But they are all the same. Thanks
