How do I change my little blue picture with the "person" on it ?
Please help and I will stop screaming my head off.

At the top right of the page, your name should be up there. Click it, and click edit profile. You should be able to change your picture. If your not logged in to Zendesk, you should, you can get a picture then. If you logged into KA and Zendesk with facebook, and your facebook account doesn't have a picture, then that's why its blue. Those are a few possibilities.

Click your name in the upper right corner. Go down to 'Edit my profile.' Click on the blue person picture, under avatar. Choose a picture file you have on your computer. I think that would work.
