How can I upgrade my child account to a normal account?
I have a child account, and I wish to have the privileges that normal users have. However, I do not wish to create a new account and have to start over. Is there any way I can upgrade?

I had the same problem. I could not find a way to do so, but I wish there was a way to get out of a child account status. +1 to your question.
I am also waiting for an answer to your question from Sal Khan. My younger brother is now grown up and we want his account to be upgraded to normal account so everyone can view the progress.
I hope an option will be added soon.

Here is how to submit a support ticket:
If your child has two accounts, and you as a parent is trying to add them as thier child, and it does not work? what do you do?
