Should people be posting questions to the program creator in *Questions* rather than *Help Requests*?
Sometimes all of the most recent Help Requests are things like "How do I get to the next level [on a game]?" and "Why did you make the colors flash so much that I'm getting a headache?". Upon reflection, it seems likely that such questions that are about the specific program and usually directed at the program creator are the sort of thing that Questions was intended for.
Since someone can only open a Help Request on their own program but can only open a Question on someone else's program, it seems likely that the person asking has done a spin-off of someone else's program, encountered a difficulty, and posted a Help Request on their spin-off.
I think it would be better if they posted a Question on the original program, since that would get the attention of the program creator and would not clog up the Help Requests list. Do you agree? Would it be helpful to add instructions about that when someone starts typing a Help Request? (Possible wording: "Questions about a program of which this is a spin-off should be posted as a Question on the original program - this is also more likely to get the creator's attention.")
