Good morning! I'm a teacher in Perris, California and the district I work for had made the decision, in order to protect students' privacy, to require a signed privacy agreement from any website and application we use in the classroom. Our IT department is in charge of getting the agreements signed and filed. Khan Academy continues to be in the list of "pending" approval. I reached out to IT and the response is that we are still waiting for someone at Khan Academy to return the submitted agreement. I have looked on the website for a way to get in touch with the person in charge of getting these forms completed and signed but couldn't find a link. I'm hoping that this post reaches Khan Academy administrators and they helps get this taken care. Let me say this, a lot of teachers in this district use Khan Academy because we think it is a great tool to support student learning. Please help us.
