I have refreshed the page about 20 times. I left the window and came back half an hour later and it still won't load.

Everything on my profile works fine except the courses and learner home when I click on it, it shows:-
"Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again.Uh oh, it looks like we ran into an error. You need to refresh. If this problem persists, tell us."
Hey there! I've tried refreshing the page more than 20 times and even left the browser on for 30 minutes, then I logged out and logged back in but the issue persists. I was hoping you could fix it. Thanks! -
I'm having this same issue. It only happens when I'm at home though. I study when I have free time at work and never have this issue. Was there ever a resolution?

I have had the same problem since August. I have submitted two separate support tickets.
For the first time in years I went a whole semester without using Khan. :(

I'm having a very similar issue. As a teacher, I use Khan to supplement our learning. It works fine at school with no issues. However, if students are absent or decide to work on Khan at home it will not load. This is not an individual student but an entire school when trying to access off-campus. Our students are one-to-one with Chromebooks and have a school-provided Gmail account they use to log on. We've tried updating Chromebooks, whitelisting domains, and deleting old links and nothing seems to help.

(Here is a pic of the bottom that i found online it looked the same as mine, I have no authority over it)---I have a similar issue as Coach Hoover. I am a student using this to work at home for some reason while done doing a lesson where the celebration comes it said "Sorry we can't load this" or something so then it gave me an option to log out or refresh. Obolisly there I thought it would work and turn back to normal it gave me the option to log out or refresh again. So I pressed refresh about 3-4 times and I gave up and clicked log out and it logged me out slowly. I tried to log in, and the page looked normal but then it would not load my Google account so I tried again and again.... but no. It did not work, so I shut down my computer and opened it logged on to my plan to Khan Academy and I logged in thankfully. It did work but the page did not load only the sign "Khan Academy" so I tried it again and it started to pop out the info on the bottom. OMG! I just looked at the tab I had opened on khan and it loaded! Thank-all!
