He cannot sign in, so he cannot sign in to change his password

I do not know his password, so I cannot help him---I do not know how to

change it either,

We do have his email listed properly, He is listed on my class list in the proper class

He just cannot do any work because he cannot sign in

Hi Myra,

Here's a few different options for recovering access to his account:
1. If he is under 13, you can change his password yourself from your Teacher Dashboard. You can find instructions for this here: https://support.khanacademy.org/hc/en-us/articles/203184800-How-can-I-adjust-a-student-s-settings-such-as-their-username-or-password-
2. If he has access to his email, he can request a password reset link using the Forgot Password Page.
3. He can submit a support ticket, and we can help him regain access to the account.
