Access to Khan Kids Account – Khan Academy Help Center

I have accounts for my grandchildren set up under "Parent resources," but I'm not clear how to log them into the Khan Academy Kids app.

When I use their user name, it asks for an email.

When I use my email, it tells me my password is wrong.

Please help

Hi Maura,

The Khan Academy Kids app is different from the regular Khan Academy app. If you create their accounts using the desktop version of the site, then you need to use the regular Khan Academy app.

The Khan Kids app is meant for Pre-K - 2nd grade students and is only available in mobile app format. If you're wanting to use this, then you will need to sign up for a new account using the Khan Kids app.
