Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an entrance exam for getting in Indian Institute Of Technology (IIT's) for a higher education. Its a tough exam and requires good understanding of the topics. I would request you to provide content for CS/IT (Syllabus of Computer Science and Information Technology).

Thank you for sharing your idea. Since this is not a US or international exam it would be a new direction for Khan Academy to create national curriculum for that level of education: there exists a few national KA-missions for younger students, but not for higher ones.
Given the size of India, and the number of students involved I'm sure the suggestion would impact a large number of students, were it to be followed through!
