Our site doesn't currently have the ability to read word problems out loud to users. We're may add this feature in the future, but in the meantime, some teachers find it helpful to use screen readers like Chrome Vox: http://www.chromevox.com/. Feel free to share this tool with any teachers who might benefit from it, and please let us know if you find any other good solutions!
Hope that helps you out, I wish KA had their own readers as well.
