Request for offline contents for a digital education initiative for refugee and war-torn children

Hi 

I am a Management Consultant within Sogeti UK. We are currently in the midst of designing a digital education initiative for refugee children which will provide educational contents to the children, either via streamed content or offline content hosted on small on small compute devices. Due to the limited access to Wi-Fi in refugee camps we are looking into pre-loading the devises with the contents. Attached flyer provides you with an overview of our intention.
