Hi Solomon, if by NCERT you mean http://www.ncert.nic.in/rightside/links/syllabus.html
the answer is unfortunately no.
Chemistry: "We will be covering the material in a first year introductory high school or college general chemistry course."
The Organic Chemistry course on Khan Academy says: "Organic chemistry, Sal and Jay cover topics covered in college organic chemistry courses".
The Physics and Biology section seem to be roughly for the same level of students: high school and college prep.
Some of the Crash course Chemistry and Biology videos (Partner content) can be used for middle school students, but it is not geared for the average 7th grader.
