If the angles of triangle are in the ratio 1:2:3 then the sides are in the ratio:

(A) 1 : sqrt(3) : 2

(B) sqrt(3) : 1 : 2

(C) sqrt(3) : sqrt(2) : 1

(D) 1 : sqrt(3) : sqrt(2)

I solved the angles for it- 30, 60, 90 and ratio of its sides, 1 , sqrt(3) and 2 but in which order?

Don't take my word for it, but generally in precalc, you take the SIDE OPPOSITE of the angle as you'll see in the law of sines/cosines (etc. later). The side length opposite from pi/6 (30 degrees) is 1, and the side length opposite from pi/3 (60 degrees) is sqrt(3), etc. I'd choose A.
