I know khan academy's math curriculum is amazing. I experienced it myself, as a 7th and 8th grader. But I recently turned to homeschool and I really need some help and tips. Especially since I can't get them from my parents(they don't understand enough English to help me). I really really need some help right now... If anyone sees this, please answer

My question is about if you can use only Khan Academy for Homeschooling.

Are the ELA courses enough?

Which Arts&Humanities course is for 7th grade?

Between the 3 new courses in science, which course is for which grade?

Are Khan Academy's courses aligned with homeschooling core curriculum standards?

1. Probably not, it would be better to have many resources under your belt. (Plus it might get boring, doing the same thing every day)
2. I'd hardly think so -- there is not a whole ton of content in there but they are relatively new so more could still get added. Try doing some independent reading comprehension, vocabulary, read a few books, etc.
3. I think that it would be the World History Project - Origins to the Present (if I recall correctly I did mild world history in 7th grade)
4. I would check out biology for 7th grade.
5. That might depend... try doing some research on that :) You can find their math common core stuff here.
