How do I make assignments for my students in Khan Academy Reimagined?

Assignments are a crucial part of your students’ learning experience and can easily be made on your Teacher Dashboard. 

There are a few different categories of assignments you can make in Khan Academy Reimagined: 

1. Mastery Missions (formerly known as Unit Mastery Goals) 
2. Khanmigo Learner Activities
3. Khan Academy Content (videos, articles, exercises, quizzes, unit tests, or course challenges)
4. Writing Coach 

There are two places you can make assignments in the Khan Academy Reimagined experience, and below are the instructions on how to do so: 

1. On the “Overview” tab of your Teacher Dashboard
   1. Select a class from the “My Classes” section
   2. Scroll down to the “Upcoming assignments” section
   3. Click “Add assignment”
   4. Select which assignment type you’d like
   5. You will then be taken to the “Assignments” tab to fill out the additional details 

2. On the “Assignments” tab of your Teacher Dashboard
   1. Select a class
   2. Click “Add assignment”
   3. Select which assignment type you’d like
   4. Fill out the details

Note: If you aren’t seeing some assignments you’ve made on the list, try selecting the “All assignments” option from the dropdown list.
