How are the English captions created?

All the English subtitles are captioned professionally. Typically, new content is captioned 2-4 weeks after being added to the site. If you see a video without captions, we recommend waiting for the English captions to be available. If there is a specific video that you would like to subtitle but is missing captions, you can create an i18n support ticket with the Youtube URL of the video you are interested in.
