How do I change my account from a child to an adult or teacher account?

We've had several cases where teachers have mistyped their birth date during account creation/confirmation, or have not wished to give their real birth date, and suddenly found themselves with child accounts. Users who are registered as younger than 13 cannot change their own birthdays.

Please send a Help request from the email associated with the account. Select "I need to adjust a birthday" when submitting your request.
