How can students under 13 create a Khan Academy account using Google Classroom?

Students who are over 13 and use Google Classroom can create a Khan Academy account using their Google account.
To get started:
- Go to khanacademy.org/signup.

Click Student

Enter their date of birth
- Select Sign in with Google and choose your school Google account.
- Follow the prompts to finish creating your Khan Academy account and sign in.
Important information for students under 13
⚠️Students under 13 who do not already have a Khan Academy account should create their account using one of these methods:
- Accept the email invitation sent after you sync to your Google Classroom.
- Enter your class code at https://www.khanacademy.org/join.
🛑 Do not create an account through https://www.khanacademy.org/signup. If students under 13 use the standard sign-up page, they will be asked to provide a parent's email address as part of the account creation process.
Students who are 13, or older, can use any of the signup methods listed above.
Logging in after creating an account
After their account has been created, students can sign in at any time by following these steps:
- Go to www.khanacademy.org.
- Click Log in in the upper-right corner.
- Select Google.
- Follow the prompts to sign in with your school Google account.
