How can I manage or cancel my recurring donation?

Depending on when you set up your recurring donation, there are two different ways you can manage or cancel it.

1. If you started your recurring donation on or after September 2022, you most likely can manage it via Classy.* 

To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Classy account.

  2. Scroll down to Recurring Donation and locate Khan Academy.

  3. Click on Edit Donation.RecurringDonationClassy.gif

*Note: Our donations portal is powered by Classy. Once you donate to Khan Academy using your credit or debit card, a Classy account is created with the email address used to make your donation.

 

2. If you started your recurring donation before September 2022, please reach out to donate@khanacademy.org
