Dyslexia tailored content (Orton Gilingham)

The access to learning available through Khan Academy is amazing.  Would KA consider adapting the content to be taught or presented in a manner inline with Orton Gillingham method?  Many kids and adults struggle with dyslexia and the free resource would be invaluable to families who cannot afford specialized schooling.
