In my kid's old classroom

During the pandemic my son's teacher informally started a classroom with our parent email addresses. I just logged into my account and I'm stuck in my kids 3rd grade class. There's no way I'll ever reach this teacher to ask her to release me from the class. She never even really used the classroom. How do I get out?
